New Year's Day at Summer Salt: a white party above the beach with a DJ, a live band and roaming canapés. $85 a head.
Summer Salt starts 2027 the way it usually does: a recovery session on the beach at Cronulla, with DJ Johnny Gleeson, The Summer Salt Sound System playing live, cocktails and roaming canapés to graze on.
Dress in white. 2 to 8pm on Friday 1 January, $85 a person, entry and canapés included.
